All unused and unopened products have a 30 day return for refund policy.
All customers can return unused or unopened products for a refund within 30 days. This refund will go back to the original date of purchase. If items are returned after the 30 day policy no refund will be issued. Original shipping or return shipping is not included. See the REFUNDS section for complete details.
Certain products may have a restocking fee if returned. If this is the case when the item is returned within the 30 day return policy you will receive a refund minus the restocking fee. All products that have restocking fees are noted on the sales pages.
For refunds on indoorenvirosolutions.com orders, refunds are given in the same way the original order was paid for. For open items or items unopened returned after 30 days the refund will be given in store credit according to that particular product's satisfaction guarantee policy.
